Wartime letters inserted in Tatyana Timofeevna’s notebook or preserved beside her narrative: voices from the front and from hospital, addressed to parents, to mother, and to Tanya.
This is a separate document collection, not a continuation of the diary text. In the notebook the letters sit next to memoir pages; here each letter is treated as a source on its own: leaf scan, readable text, and a line-oriented manuscript reading.
